Damir has been with PIERRE for more than a two years as an Account Executive. Known for thinking outside the box, he excels in approaching and understanding the needs of a diverse set of potential clients, including investors, designers, architects, contractors, and electricians. His skill in recognizing their requirements and engaging in effective communication has made him a valued member of our team. Our team is looking for someone who:
  • Boasts a minimum of two years' experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Possesses foundational IT knowledge and practical experience
  • Demonstrates a proactive attitude and self-starter approach
  • Is proficient in English (proficiency in additional languages is advantageous)
  • Exhibits strong communication skills
  • Shows patience and the ability to navigate client needs smoothly
  • Adapts easily to changing situations and demands
  • Thinks innovatively to solve problems and seize opportunities
  • Maintains exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently

What is your role?
  • Travel and Client Meetings: Regularly visit potential clients to present PIERRE's offerings.
  • Persistent Follow-Ups: Keep in touch with prospects, nurturing long-term interests.
  • Tailored Solutions: Understand and address each client's unique needs.
  • Strategic Planning: Organize trips for maximum efficiency and impact.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed notes on client interactions for follow-up.
  • Network Building: Expand contacts for future opportunities.
  • Sales Drive: Use strong communication to convert leads into sales.
  • Embrace Challenges: Be prepared for a dynamic role that requires adaptability and strategic engagement.
More about the position:
  • Sales Process Completion
    Drive and finalize the sales process, ensuring a smooth transition from initial engagement to successful closure.
  • Client Meetings
    Proactively engage in client meetings, both online and offline, fostering meaningful discussions to understand their unique needs and align our solutions accordingly. (Preparing and presenting proposals and bids,negotiating terms and conditions with clients).
  • Relationship Management
    Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with leads at various stages of the sales process, providing ongoing support and addressing inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • miniCRM Maintenance
    Keep the miniCRM system meticulously up to date, ensuring accurate and real-time information for efficient sales operations. Document all activities on opportunities and follow-ups.
     
  • Sales Process Enhancement
    Propose and implement suggestions for refining and improving the overall sales process, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Meeting Targets
    Actively strive to achieve a minimum of 8 well-organized and impactful meetings per week, balancing online and offline interactions.
  • Reporting
    Take responsibility for daily and weekly reporting, providing insights and updates on sales activities, achievements, and areas for improvement.
